On 25 December, AVICOPTER, the subsidiary of AviChina, announced that the major  helicopter  restructuring  project  has  been  unconditionally  reviewed   and approved by the Mergers and Acquisitions Review Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Upon the completion, the helicopter business of the Group will be listed on the A-share  market  as  a  whole,  further  optimizing  the  capital  layout,  contributing  to building  a  specialized  and  leading  listed  company  in  the  helicopter  industry, enhancing the competitiveness of  the helicopter business, and supporting technological innovation.
